For detailers

You pay nothing until you have been paid.

No membership. No credits. No charge to see a job or to quote on it. PRISTAZ earns when you earn, and not a moment before, which is the only arrangement where a time waster costs us both the same thing.

Four things that are built in, not promised.

Every detailer we have spoken to has the same list of complaints about lead platforms. These are the four answers, and each one is a rule in the software rather than a line in a brochure.

The money

Nothing until you have been paid

There is no membership and no charge to see a job or to quote on it. PRISTAZ takes a commission on work that completes, which means a customer who goes quiet, books elsewhere or never existed costs you nothing at all.

  • No lead fees and no credits to buy
  • A job you quote on and lose costs you nothing
  • Early jobs on a new region carry no fee to the detailer

The price

Nobody sees what you quoted

You tick your own processes, see your own total, then put in the price you actually want. You can see that a job has other bids. You can never see an amount, and neither can they. The customer sees how many bids there are, not what they are, while the job is open.

  • Sealed bids, enforced on the server rather than hidden on the screen
  • One bid per detailer per job
  • No live leaderboard for a customer to drive down

The leads

No contact details until you win

An open job shows the suburb, the vehicle, the date and how many photos there are. No name, no street address, no phone number, no email, in either direction. The address is released to the detailer who wins, at the moment they win.

  • Nothing to harvest, so nobody can take the job off the platform
  • Messages are scanned for contact details and held
  • The job you win is a job, not an introduction you paid for

The time

Quote once, off a real car

The customer describes the vehicle and its condition before anything is posted: photos, size, how dirty it actually is, and whether you can get to it. You are pricing a car you can see rather than a paragraph, so you are not quoting the same job three times as the story changes.

  • Photos and vehicle details before the job is open
  • Filtered to the suburbs you cover and the work you do
  • Accepting a job books the slot and closes your other bids on it

What you build

A record that is worth something.

The reason to be early is not the jobs, it is the record. Finished work, rated by both sides, is the thing a customer picks on when they cannot pick on who answered first.

The rating follows you, not the platform

Built on finished jobs. Both sides review, neither sees the other's review until both are written, and an outstanding review blocks the next bid, so it costs whoever is holding things up rather than the person waiting.

You review the customer too

On whether the job description was accurate and whether you could actually get to the car. A customer who wastes your afternoon carries that, which is the half of the story every other platform leaves out.

Jobs and stars are separate numbers

Your job count settles when you close the work out. The star average waits for the customer. Both are shown, because one number on its own is easier to misread than two.

It knows you cannot be in two places.

Mobile work and in-house work run differently, so they get their own availability. They draw down the same thing underneath, which is you. A booking takes its own time plus the travel to get there, and when a job lands that makes another one undeliverable, the bid comes back off the table on its own.

  • Separate availability for mobile and in-house, one pool of capacity underneath
  • Staff raise your capacity, so a slot only closes when you are actually full
  • Travel is part of what a booking costs you, not an afterthought

A city opens when its detailers do.

We hold a region closed until there are enough detailers to carry the work, because a marketplace that fails its first customers does not get a second go at them. Registering is what moves your area, and it costs nothing.
