Launching city by city
Detailing made fair for both sides.
Customers post a job. Detailers bid on the ones they can actually do. Both sides review each other afterwards, and neither review shows until both are in. Coming to Android and iOS.

- Free
- To post a job and get quotes
- Both ways
- Reviews, so standards hold
- On record
- Photos before work starts
How it works
Four steps, and the order matters. The money moves before anyone writes a review, so nobody is holding anybody hostage.
- 01
Post the job
Describe the car, the work and when suits. It takes a minute and it costs nothing.
- 02
Detailers bid
Detailers who cover your suburb and do that kind of work send a price. You see their rating and how many jobs they have finished.
- 03
Photos before a cloth touches it
The detailer logs the registration and photographs the car before starting, so the condition it arrived in is on record for both of you.
- 04
Pay in the app, then review
You pay when the work is done. Then both sides review each other, and neither review appears until both are in.
For detailers
You pay nothing until you have been paid.
- No lead fees and no membership. You pay nothing until the customer has paid you, so a job you lose costs you nothing.
- Sealed bids. You can see that a job has others on it. You can never see an amount, and neither can they.
- No name, address, phone or email on an open job, in either direction. The address goes to whoever wins it.
- Photos and real condition up front, so you quote once on a car you can actually see.
- A rating that follows you, built on finished jobs rather than on who shouts loudest.
For customers
Stop ringing around.
- Quotes come to you. No ringing around five detailers and waiting on callbacks.
- You pick on rating, jobs completed and price, not on who answers first.
- The photo report means a dispute about a scratch is a question of evidence, not memory.
- Mobile or in-house, whichever suits. Some detailers do both.
Reviews go both ways
Most platforms let the customer rate the tradesperson and stop there. That is half the story, and it is why good detailers end up carrying bad customers.
Blind until both are in
Neither side sees the other's review until both have written one, so nobody is marking in response to a mark.
The next job is the lever
An outstanding review blocks the next booking or bid. It costs the person holding things up, not the one waiting.
Disputes get read
If the two accounts genuinely differ, it is flagged and looked at against the photo record, and both sides rate how it was handled.
The record
A photo report that stays with the car.
The report is logged against the registration, not against the job, so it does not end when the job does. The next detailer sees what the last one saw, and the car gets asked back before it needs rescuing.
Before work starts
The damage report
The report is filed against the registration rather than the booking, so it outlasts the job. The next detailer opens the car's history and sees what the last one saw, which means they are quoting on a car they already know something about.
- Photos and registration logged before the job
- Existing damage recorded, not pinned on the detailer
- The history follows the car, not the booking
After work finishes
Maintenance reminders
A detailed car needs doing again, and most people only remember once it looks bad. The app tracks what was done and when, and tells the customer it is due, so the work comes back without anyone chasing it.
- Reminders timed to the car and the work done
- Seasonal and rebooking nudges sent for you
- Repeat work instead of one offs, at no upfront cost
Referrals
Refer. Earn.
Both sides win.
The people who build this are the people already in it. Customers and detailers each have their own reward, and both are paid in real work on a real car rather than in points.
If you are a customer
A reward detail on your own car
Someone you sent books and finishes a job, and you earn a reward detail. It carries a set price rather than going out for quotes, and any detailer can take it, so it never sits in a bidding round.
If you are a detailer
One job that counts twice
Bring in a detailer you would stand behind and you bank a job that counts double toward your completed total. You pick which of your own jobs carries it.

Where next
Is PRISTAZ open near you?
We open one city at a time, and the order is decided by who registers. Check yours to see how many people are already waiting and how many detailers it would take to carry the work.
Registration counts are real. The detailers a city could carry is an estimate from published population and vehicle ownership figures plus our own assumptions, and you can open the working on any result to see every input. Open the full page.
Put your suburb on the map.
A marketplace with no detailers is useless to customers, and one with no customers is useless to detailers. Registering is what moves your area toward opening, and it is the only way to hear the day it does.
No city is promised a spot in the queue. The order is decided by where the registrations are.
